Accessibility Statement

Innovative Expertise builds municipal websites for local government, and municipal websites carry federal accessibility obligations to residents. Accessibility is something we design for from the start, not something we retrofit after the fact.

We build every site we manage with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working target, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, and meaningful alternative text for images.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time achievement. If you use assistive technology and encounter a barrier on this site or on any municipal site we manage, please contact us so we can address it.
